The NFL is heating up fast as contenders look to separate themselves from pretenders. Week 5 of the NFL season looks to be one filled with great match ups and bitter rivalry's. One of the most intriguing match ups for any NFL aficionado is the game that features the Houston Texans playing the Dallas Cowboys. Houston native Malachy Lions-Letts told me that even though the two Texas teams do not share a division, they are considered hated rivals within the South's biggest state. Also the Dallas Cowboys feature five first round picks on their starting offensive line, while Houston's success so far has rested on the shoulders of defensive end J.J Watt. Another match up that is worth a love seat and a bag of chips is the match up between the Baltimore Ravens and the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts were hoping for a better start to the season as their star quarterback Andrew Luck has only led them to a 2-2 record so far. However the Colts do pass for more yards than anyone in the NFL at the time, which will be tested against a usually stout Baltimore defense. The Atlanta Falcons travel to Ny to take on the Giants of the big apple. Atlanta has looked incredible on offense, but do to a copious amount of injuries their season could get worse before it gets better. New York has also showed signs of greatness. the Giants put on a show week 4 on Thursday night as they beat the Redskins 41-14. This week is full of great matchups so turn on your TV, pour an ice cold beer, and watch some big guys hit each other!
